- 02 Aug 2022 10:25 #212051 When a Pokémon is holding a poison orb and has the ability poison heal they heal inside battle while poisoned. After leaving the battle the Pokémon will start to lose health because of the poison. I feel like it could be made to not do dmg outside of battle when the Pokémon has poison heal ability.

- 03 Aug 2022 04:40 #212057 In the few original games that both had the Poison Heal ability and Posion damage out of battle, they would still take damage from it. So it's at least consistent.
