It would be nice to improve the legendary Ai. like Dialga, they should be able to do more animations and have special encounters with him and the player.More lore in the game would be nice.

Individual animations are unlikely to happen. Animation has historically been a bottleneck for us with a limited number of animators. Plus animation files are rather large and will increase the size of this already massive mod. I doubt we'd do that for animations that only play once in a very specific circumstance.
Other effects are very doable though, and already in use for various purposes. There is a bug with particle effects currently though iirc, so they may not be fully visible at the moment.
Lore is definitely something we're looking into for the future. Can't say to what extend and which form that will take though.
