"Dinnerbone" and "grumm" both turn mobs upside down when given that name via a nametag so surely that would be the most fitting and appropriate way to do that, given that this mod is a combination of minecraft and pokemon. To me it's far more appropriate than the current evoution method of being higher than 127, although it could have some meaning which I don't know about.*
