features for immersion

I know that is not the priority but these features give a bit of life to the mons
- Being able to break eiscue's ice block with a pickaxe. No to hard to implement and it would be a fun interaction.
-Being able to pick up tropius fruit. Similarly to the previous one it's a funny adition.
- sandygast attracting nearby npcs. Fun way to reference sandygast lore.
-Thievul(the gen 8 fox) line and ninetale line not being poked by the berries. Since these line are fox based it would be a nice detail even tho pokemons can't die from it (to my knowledge , because i see them take damage but never seen one dying).
