I think we should have the ability to change the number of PP Up boosts on moves in the Pokemon Editor.
I want this feature so that I can adjust the number of PP Up boosts of NPC Trainers. It is annoying how I can't give moves like Stone Edge 8 PP rather than 5 PP for NPC Pokemon. It also might save me some time when setting my own teams in the Pokemon Editor if I can max out their PP in that interface rather than have to use PP Ups on them manually (and having to chase some of them to do so).
