Currently, there is no way to prevent thunderstone ore spawning as the result of thunder strikes, even with protection such as Grief Defender. This biggest negative impact of this is areas on servers that use a lot of exposed stone in cities/protected areas. It can result in issues like this:



It would be very much appreciated if in the future, there was a config option to disable this behavior. Per-world would be great, but a universal off and on would still be fantastic.
