Pixelmon Mod

Since sandstorm does not appear naturally without a Pokemon setting it unlike harsh sunlight, rain, and snow, I think that deserts should have sandstorm weather during Minecraft thunderstorms. Right now, deserts do not receive any in-battle weather during thunderstorms.

It makes sense to do this because:

1. Thunderstorm and sandstorm both contain "storm".
2. Desert areas in the Pokemon games often experience naturally-occurring sandstorm weather, yet Pixelmon does not have this occur at all.
3. There may not be precipitation in deserts, but the way the sky darkens implies that there is something. There may still be wind, which would create sandstorms.
