Currently, the first tier of Pokeballs in Pixelmon (aka ones that are crafted using an Iron or Aluminum Base) includes the Standard Pokeball, Heal Ball, Sport Ball, Safari Ball, Nest Ball, and Premier Ball. As it stands, these balls can be purchased for 200, 300 1000, 1000, and 1000 Pokedollars respectively (excluding the Premier Ball), and can be sold for half the cost.
This leads to an issue, however. If a person were to buy a large amount of standard Pokeballs for 200 Pokedollars each, break all of them, and re-craft them with Sport, Safari, or Nest lids, they can be resold for 500 Pokedollars. In other words, Sport/Safari/Nest lids can be traded in for a 500 Pokedollar (+ 1 Pokeball Lid) profit, which may be undesirable for server owners unaware of this fact.
To prevent forcing all server owners to cobble together a datapack to prevent this minor exploit, I propose lowering the cost of Safari and Sport balls (given they have no canon cost, and are instead given out for free), and have the Nest Ball moved to tier 2, given how it's usability is situational, yet very powerful under the right conditions.
