Articuno Shrine:

This is a very nice shrine, but stated above the center should co-inside with the shrine. If the shrine is a one block thing then the shrine should be 3x3 ect... But I like the shrine over all!

As far as I can tell, the shrines are exclusively for the legendary birds, and they don't plan to do anything special for any other legends.

Disregarding that though, too much quartz, it's looks more like the Hall of Origin to me.
