You like surf , me yes I love it and when i have see you the first time Lapras on pixelmon as you probably guess my first idea was to surf on this beautiful pokemon
The style is particulary but I find it nice to put varied kind,

Uhm since it's in the nether I would think ghost types would be found there as souls.

I feel like the really dedicated fire types like Magcargo would fit for the Nether, but either way they've said they won't be doing any work in the other dimensions anytime soon if not ever.

I would use dragon types on there because cmon , devils a ghost dragon (giratina) so yea.

+ about the surf , you should make magikarps there using SPLASH! Would be awesome ;D
