Yes, they do, but they're, like, as rare as Mew.

But yeah, in the latest version, the birds do spawn, very rarely. I don't know if it's the same chance as a Mew, but they do. Seems wrong, as they shouldn't yet, but they do.

Nope, Mew is jungle only now. But the spawning has been answered already, a bunch of times too.
