There, I edited the chin, made it smoother, I fixed the hands, and did additional tweaks and fixes in the texture : )

Update: Fixed all the texture glitches, it should look more smooth now

ups, you left 2 glitches XD, both horns have some of their faces separated https://gyazo.com/2faf5efe969cc58377486df5ea636b75 and the neck has a small weird geometry along with a small gap under the chin https://gyazo.com/6960fbf924138b2dc0c44258cc454145 but thats all, the model looks great, when you fix those last glitches, make the shiny texture and send me the files in a zip via private message so i can upload it to the pixelmon repository :)
