#168518 Chandelure would prefer to use an offensive or a setup move (Calm Mind, Substitute) over Will-O-Wisp, especially since Sableye already has the move and does a much better job using it. Infiltrator is also very situational, usually being less useful than Flash Fire.

Curse is a waste on Gengar as it's not bulky and can usually hit harder by attacking. I will assume that both of your Gengar should be invested in Special Attack instead of the Attack that is written.
