Some people don't like their servers to have legendaries spawning because some players have pokeradar and it's cheating. Even if the number 2 suggestion is added, it would also be awesome since I dont want certain legendary from spawning.
2. Although sounds impossible, can you guys add a feature to block pokeradar? seriously, this has been a big issue especially with legendaries enabled. players all got 6 mews on their team, it's so impossible to have without the pokeradar's help.

1- If you view this page you can see that Mr.M has a future vision on how the legendary birds will spawn. http://blog.pixelmonmod.com/?p=219 Also it is possible for you to disable lagendary birds from spawning in the database, although it does violate our terms of service to make any modifications to the database.

2- Mr.M and our devs are working on a solution to disable pokeradar and hopefully will have something soon.
