Never mind, I was under the misconception that the command had an argument when it is actually just "/struc". No matter what you put after /struc, the space between the words will make everything but "/struc" be ignored.

It may only work if there is a big enough area of grass blocks on top. Trying going to a desert and placing a giant area of grass and then doing the command while facing it.
