So is 3.0 available on Minecraft 1.7.4? Because I have some servers only for 1.7.4 and I don't want to switch back and forth for pixelmon and my other servers.. And will you do another legendary event when 3.0 releases?

Right now 3.0 is not released at all and at this point it will be released for minecraft 1.6.4 until forge is able to get a stable version for the devs to migrate the code over to mincraft 1.7.X.

It is not released. It is still going to be 1.6.4, sorry but if you want to play both types of servers you are going to have to switch!
