I'm pixelmon 3.0 will your pc or party be wiped clean? I need to know beforehand to move some valuable pokemon on the haydzcraft server into my party from my pc. Thank you for your time

No. No update will ever wipe your pc box. Unless it is in need of a force edit of the world (example: 1.7 biomes)
