hey guys i was wondering why kyogre was so small im sure that its the size of groudon not trying to be annoying or anything but will its size change?

Well there are the different growths such as pygmy, runt, small, normal, huge, enormous. So that might of been the case, but besides that, Groudon is normally bigger than Kyogre I believe.
