Server Help. Can't connect disconnect.generikReason

2014-05-10 17:36:12 [INFO] ********** joined the game
2014-05-10 17:36:13 [INFO] ********** lost connection: disconnect.genericReason
2014-05-10 17:36:13 [INFO] ********** left the game

He has a intel laptop ( with all intel things ) running windows 8. Please HELP!
