We need builders! Also I can't figure it out but Pixelmon aren't spawning on my server.

You must have Animals disabled in your main server config. Use Essentials and remove the animals that you don't want to spawn. Pokemon count as Animals in Pixelmon so you can't fully disable it or you will not spawn any.
