I have a customized in-game NBT that does not require players to have it. There are plenty of people who have side mods for customizing stats as well, such as my server as well. The best solution for your problem is to either find a way to make a server-sided NBTEdit or ask one of the people who have made a side mod for this to help you learn so you can make it.

But, any plugin or a NBT Editor Plugin, that the players don´t need the mod?
