can someone tell me how to enable it to let me fight pokes in claimed land ??

You don't. GP has hardcoded the Animal Protection into their source to make it impossible to remove Animal Protection. Their reason: "This plugin was made for Vanilla Minecraft and was never intended to be used on modded servers." I highly recommend using ARG (AutoRegionGuard)

You can battle wild pokemon regardless of world guarded regions and claimed areas. What exactly is your issue? Can you not send out your pokemon, or is it just not letting you engage (meaning you can send out your pokemon). If it's the first one, make sure the region's flags do not include mob-spawning deny or deny any form of spawning. If it's the second, you may not be hitting the hitboxes.
