I cant find any plugin and i set the spawn to 9999999999 etc. and people can still place the pixelmon blocks

First of all i did for a world on multiverse but they could still place. But also i dont want players to always be in adventure mode

Now I've got to figure out a way to add build protection and stuff without bukkit. :\

Yes ive got them in my plugins folder
