where in my pixelmon config file can i edit the spawn rate for Boss pixelmon? i cant seem to find it and i changed it before and i dont like it... its irritating that i cant find it.. please help.

As Some Body said, changing boss spawning rates are not in the Pixelmon.cfg.
Maybe you were mistaking Boss spawn rates with Shiny spawning rates, which is in the config.
