#138578 Back on the older 1.6.4 version of Pixelmon, there was a commonly used mod called Pokeradar. This was a mod that allowed players to locate specific pokemon, shinys, and legendaries a lot easier, and on our server it was not allowed. In fact, we actually had a side-mod that would block players from joining who had Pokeradar installed.

My Question:
Is there a way to block a player from joining the server if they have a specific mod installed? There are some new cheats/mods that allow locating rare pokemon a breeze, and I want to be able to block them on my server. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for any info/help. I really appreciate it!

#138871 Still looking for help with this issue.

It is simple to see what mods players are using by checking the server logs (just found an x-rayer this way), but I would imagine there is some way to block specific mods... Hope someone may have an answer, thanks!

#138879 One way to do this is to compile this mod that clienthax put up for us. I couldn't find his actual post, but here's the source of the mod and all it needs is some compiling.

With is, you can block certain mods just by inputting their modid in the config. I hope that helps!

#138884 Okay, here. It logs mod IDs too, then if anyone's changing theirs you can just add them to the blocking config. Config in the config folder, log in the Log folder. Of course.

This works for any mod that exists.

This certainly works better than the SuperModBanner, thanks for posting this up Isi.

Good thing you still had the GitHub up, that's how I tried linking him to it.
