Magneton isn't evolving?

Magneton isn't evolving?

Biome: Extreme Hills

Is it not available in this version? Am I doing something wrong? I gave myself a Magnemite and stood in an Extreme Hills biome leveling it up with rare candy until it evolved into Magneton but after Magneton it never evolved into Magnezone and I leveled it up to 100.
