What generation's breeding system is used in pixelmon in regards to how often a hidden ability will be passed from parent to child or ivs being passed.

Ability
The mother has an 80% chance of passing her Ability to her offspring.
If a male Pokémon breeds with a Ditto, the male Pokémon's Ability has a 60% chance of being passed on.
The statements above apply to both normal and hidden Abilities.
