#143951 Hello, if anyone would mind informing me on the shiny rates when breeding pixelmon (non shiny/nonshiny) (Shiny/Shiny) and (shiny/non Shiny) it would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone could tell me if there are ways to increase the rate of hatching a shiny, that would be very helpful as well.

#143953 Whether or not the parents are shiny does not affect breeding at all. The shiny rate is the same shiny rate as wild Pokémon, defined in the pixelmon.cfg.

Breeding two Pokémon with differing original trainers causes the shiny rate to double.
