- 03 Jan 2015 16:56 #143953 Whether or not the parents are shiny does not affect breeding at all. The shiny rate is the same shiny rate as wild Pokémon, defined in the pixelmon.cfg.

Breeding two Pokémon with differing original trainers causes the shiny rate to double.
