I have downloaded the Pixelmon launcher and would like to play, but it asks me to input my username and Minecraft password. I do not remember my password and none of my usual ones work...How do I find out what my own Minecraft password is without having to change it?

go to minecraft.net and try and login there, it will have a password recovery section somewhere
