Is there a setting I am not seeing or a side mod for this? Running a private server and my players would like to be able to do this as a means of initiating a battle. As it stands now you can only do this if the other player has a pixelmon out.

The two ways to start a battle between two players are sending a pokemon on one of theirs or using /pokebattle <player1> <player2>

You all seem to be forgetting the other way of starting a battle, sending one of your pokemon out and pressing f while looking at another player or one of their pokemon
