- 04 Jun 2015 12:32 #155486 going to take a lot of studying to adapt your choices to pixelmon, a lot of the pokemon considered strong there are there because they counter pokemon that are simply not added yet into pixelmon, (looking at your 5th gen trio, terrakion and heatran).
in addition , mayor tip: browse smogon in 5th gen, not 6th

- 04 Jun 2015 17:12 #155502 Honestly, Pixelmon is missing nearly half of the currently abused pokemon in OU, UU, and Uber tier.
In reality any pokemon is fine as long as you have enough to really back yourself up. My competitive teams normally consist of 1 wall, a support, a few sweepers, and maybe 1-2 bulky sweepers to stay in a bit longer.
If this is 1.7.10 version then.. really there isn't much you can use at all.
If this is 1.8 then your list increases by A LOT.

Smogon helps a lot too but use it as only a guide. You can do better than their move sets and EV/Nature recommendations.
