I tested it in a test server. I set the legendary spawn rate to 1 (so legendaries will spawn like crazy sec after sec), and the dogs were spawning only at those time periods. For example I set the time to 0 and waited on a Beach Biome. No Suicune to be found until the Night came and the Beach fill out with Suicunes.

If so, can you change back the edits in the Wiki? Thanks!
