NPC's with custom skin

- 30 Jun 2015 17:29 #156970 Hey there guys. So today I first time tampered with Trainer Editor. My aim was to set NPC's with custom skins around spawn, with messages above their heads. For example, a Red from pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal series skin with a message above the skin's head telling something. I tried the Citizens plugin and NPCWarehouse but both of them didn't work (their basic command /npc didn't work technically).

So could anyone help me out with this one? Thanks if you do!
