I can guarantee you that it doesn't. Unfortunately, sometimes people do stupid things like report mods that for whatever reason they don't like for containing malware when they don't

Might also be adfoc/adfly getting it flagged. Not all of those ads are legitimate.

the adfly link works fine but the adfocus page has been reported to both Mozilla and Google as being unsafe, which means that people have clicked on bad ads and instead of reporting them to adfocus they just report the website
