Having an issue with default groups

Having an issue with default groups

Says they are not permitted to interact. I'm running plugins as well and they are enderchest pp, essentials, permissions ex, vault, world edit, and world guard.

I don't believe that any of those should be causing this problem? But any help and insight on this would be much appreciated! Thanks!
