- 30 Sep 2015 17:34 #161579 Bukkit was discontinued after 1.8, and the current api, Sponge, is still being worked on. Functional, but few are using it as it can be buggy.

As such, most servers are sticking with 1.7.10 until a completely stable api is completed.
