I am having a hard time working on the Type effectiveness that you see on every pokemon's wiki. Example : Cloyster's type effectiveness says 2x lightning,fighting, etc. Does it mean it's weak to those types or are they strong to them? and how to know their weaknesses? TY

The number is a multiplier of damage against the Pokémon. 2x means that the Pokémon is weak against the type.
