I would like to know how to give a Trainer NPC a Custom_RP skin or link me a video tutorial on it. I'm not sure if it even works or not but I would like to know how to even use the Custom_RP option.

Okay so I actually have no idea how RP skins work but from this information I'm assuming that I'm the only one that can see the skin, is this correct?

Only players with the resource pack activated will see the skins.
