Hey guys, while i was starting on a new journey i found this amazing seed when i loaded in. it contains:

4 Towns, 2 sand, 2 normal (really close together)
1 Dessert Temple
1 Small pokecenter

Only tested on Pixelmon version 4.2.6 and minecraft 1.8.9 | Please note that it might be working for other versions as well!
