Starter Screen Load Up?

BUT what i want to do is bring up this starter screen by clicking a sign for typing a command in. Anyone know how to bring up this screen after being spawned in. Thanks :D

you need the pixelextras sidemod and type /starters
Tell me if it doesn't work
