I will install pixelmon 4.2.7 and when i install it there is a error cannot install libary tv.twitch:twitch-platform:6.5!

I'm having the same issue. Just downloaded the launcher today, no updates are available, every time I get the exact same error message as OP. I'm trying to download pixelmon 1.7.10, forge 10.13.4.1541. Didn't work on the normal minecraft launcher either.
