Does anyone know how to download PokeDisguise? Someone on Discord said the developer of the plugin sometimes offers it on their Discord but they didn't say who the developer was or how to contact him. If anyone can give me any information, it would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!

That one might be in the Reforged Servers Discord, which you can get to from the #server-support channel pins. Keep in mind that you will need an active and public server to get access to that Discord.
