Add the form spec to your command, and pass it a value of "1". Your final command would look something like this: "/pokegive USERNAME POKEMONNAME form:1".

I did not understand

I was a little disappointed when I found out beating Rainbow Rocket meant the Lusamine mansion had to close again. I would have loved to explore the rest of its interior if it was allowed. The underground lab at Aether Paradise seemed a little lacking as well. I would love to see the part that Hau and Gladion explored.
