Guys i need help intaling pixelmon, it was working before and after Swap my HDD and format my pc i cant redownload...

Most people run Pixelmon Reforged nowadays, which you can get through ATLauncher or Technic. Technic is pretty similar to the old Pixelmon Launcher, though it's a bit fussy at times. AT is more reliable, though a bit more involved. If you need any specific help, #general-support in the Discord is a great place to go! People there should be able to help further.
