Pixelmon Mod

I don't even know where my question fits, but I just want to know if it's a feature that's still supported, and if it is, how to access it, because I have one of two problems. Either my Pixelmon Installation via Technic Reforged pack is broken or Wiki's instructions are extremely outdated.

Are Databases even supported in Pixelmon 7.0.8? If they're not, any alternative?

Pretty much all of that stuff was moved to external JSONs, for which there are several toggles (by category) in the "pixelmon.hocon" config file. After enabling the type(s) you want, restart your game/server. You'll get a "pixelmon" folder in the launcher/server root with editable files.
