yesterday i had the sash but since today I no longer have it and even using the command / redeem sash and / redeem toggle sash nothing appears.
Can someone help me plz ?

"/redeem", then "/redeem sash", then "/redeem toggle sash"

That should force a sync, and may be enough to bring it back. Let us know how that goes.
