I just evolved my Staryu into Starmie and tried to teach it Psychic through TM. It says it didn't work so I decided to change to creative mode, spawn in the Psychic TR and try that. This also didn't work. So I then tried other TMs/TRs/HMs that both the Pixelmon wiki and Bulbapedia say should work on a Starmie but I couldn't get the one's I tried to work. Is there something that I am doing wrong or do they just not work?

Starmie is among a handful of Pokémon added to Gen8 in the Isle of Armor DLC that are currently missing their TM/TR sets in Pixelmon. Fixed for next release.
