Pixelmon Mod

i see some people usea this item that i dont know to spawn different pokemon, a friend spawn differentes chikorita's for me and i dont know how, if anyone could help would be so aprecciate, thanks

The Pokémon Editor creative item can be used to edit another player's team. Other than that, there is no item in base Pixelmon that spawns Pokémon (aside from the likes of fishing rods). It's usually done via commands, if cheats are active.
