Good afternoon, is there any way to add "External Movements" settings to the Pixelmon mod? This would make it easier to implement them on servers aimed at the economy. thank you very much for your attention!

The MoveSkillController sidemod adds very detailed configuration options for the Move Skills. It only needs to be installed server-side and will take effect for anyone playing on it.
