So I got a new pc and I booted up pixelmon on it few months after playing it last and could not find my world is there any reason this could happen I also logged into my mc account and I thought that saved it.

Your Minecraft worlds are saved on your PC. There is no automatic cloud backup or anything like that. If you want to transfer your old saves to a new computer, you have to manually copy over the files.
